Tapioca Starch Pearl Balls (Boba Bubble Tea) Black tapioca pearls, called as bobba. You can prepare it at home for Bubble Milk Tea, Bubble Tea and Thai Iced Tea.
The structure of the tapioca pearls is resilient and has a nice bite texture. You can boil it in hot water for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how soft you like them.
Ingredients: tapioca starch, water, caramel coloring
