Baked Stuffed Tomato with Soy & Paneer

Serves – 2

Ingredients:

  • Tomato – 4, medium size, cored
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Soy kheema – 1 cup, blanched
  • Paneer – 1 cup, crumbled
  • Green peas – ½ cup, cooked
  • Onion – 1, medium, chopped
  • Green chili – 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Pav bhaji masala – 1 犀利士
    tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon fresh, Chopped
  • Processed cheese/ mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup, grated

Method:

1. In hot pan add oil and sauté onion and ginger garlic paste until turn light pink. Now add paneer, green peas and soy kheema and sauté for another few minutes.
2. Add pav bhaji masala and chopped green chili. Add chopped coriander leaves. Remove and allow it to cool.
3. Apply little oil to all the tomatoes. Stuff this masala into tomatoes. Top it up with cheese and bake into the oven at 180*C for 15 minutes.
4. Remove and serve hot.
