Shipping Charges:

• For Free Shipping, the following conditions must be met for each order:
  1. The total cart items cost is CHF 75 or more.
  2. The total weight of the parcel is less than 15 kg.
• Shipping will be charged for 15+ kg parcels, irrespective of total cart items cost.
  

Expected duration for delivery:

• Shipping is done within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via third-party courier services.
• The expected duration is within 48 hours from the day the order is finalised with payment. Due to the weekend, orders received late on Thursday or on Friday can be expected to be delivered by the following Monday or Tuesday.
• For Nyon and nearby areas, same or next-day delivery can be done on a best-effort basis.

Shipment modus operandi and responsiblity:

• Delays due to third-party courier services should be followed up by the customer. A Tracking Number will be provided with the email to track the shipment. If the tracking number is not given, the customer can request the same by giving the order number via email or telephone provided on the IKIZEN.CH website. IKIZEN staff will provide support and cooperation to assist.
• Damages to the parcel during shipment by the courier service may cause delays or failure of delivery. IKIZEN will fully cooperate to check and get the ordered items delivered as soon as possible but will not be responsible for any delays or failure of delivery. 

Self Pick-up for Online Orders:

• Orders can be made online with an option to pick up the ordered items from the shop.
